At a minimum, please set your Debug Preferences to the following:
You will need to send me a follow-up email because the logfile will not contain a return address.
Sometimes Tonto is unable to email the logfile. This is usually the result of your firewall or your
ISP blocking direct SMTP mail connections. In these cases, you can locate the log file and email
it manually. The logfile is located in a directory that Tonto creates under your personal home
directory. Depending on your operating system, it will be one of these:

It is also extremely helpful for my ongoing development to have details about your Pronto Remote (make, model) as well as operating system and a 'raw' copy of your working CCF file. To provide this, please choose Utility->Raw Upload in place of 'File->Locate Pronto' above. Then email me the resulting CCF with details about your Pronto and computer.
