   * fixed bug with table columns losing widths when adding, renaming, deleting
   * fixed column delete bug that kept deleted columns in the 'show' list
   * expanded usable colors for row backgrounds
   * eliminated unimplemented 'foreground' row color keys
   * views now remember current cell selection
   * packrat remembers it's last location on the screen
   * added key shortcuts for quit, row add, row dup and row delete
