JRat is a set of Java tools for controlling the RedRat infrared transceiver. The JRat programming API allows communication with the RedRat from Java applications. It also includes command-line and graphical shells for recording, managment, and playback of infrared signals as well as macro creation and playback. In addition to supporting the rat's signal format, JRat supports importing Pronto remote codes (in text format) which makes available thousands of already recorded remotes.
